In this wonderful role, your time is perfectly split: half of your focus goes to vital sales support, managing administrative tasks, and following up on contracts, while the other half is all about driving exciting outbound sales initiatives! This is a quality-driven environment where having authentic, meaningful conversations is just as essential as hitting your volume and performance targets. You will work a fixed full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, and after your initial onboarding phase, you can enjoy a fantastic hybrid working model! (Please note: this project follows specific Nordic bank holiday calendars, meaning mandatory time off on those festive days).

Your responsibilities

• Connect with key decision-makers to start high-quality, impactful conversations!

• Build lasting trust and uncover customer needs using an authentic, consultative selling approach.

• Handle objections like a pro and guide prospects smoothly toward the best solutions. ✨

• Boost customer value by exploring exciting upselling and cross-selling opportunities!

• Engage directly with the client base of strategic partners to promote and sell tailored products and services.

• Enthusiastically meet or exceed your personal and team sales targets!

• Keep everything organized by accurately logging interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

• Provide valuable feedback and insights to help optimize overall sales strategies.

Your profile

• You are fluent in Danish + English (C-level)

• You are focused on the Nordic market and love customer engagement! ️

• You possess a great balance of administrative precision for handling contract follow-ups and a proactive drive for outbound calls.

• You are highly target-driven and motivated to consistently achieve performance goals.

• You are a natural relationship-builder who shines at consultative selling and navigating objections.
