Actualmente estamos ampliando nuestro equipo de Ventas y buscamos un/a Account Executive de Ventas con español nativo, motivado/a, que nos ayude a impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra división de banca de empresas. Como Representante de Ventas en español, serás responsable de promover y vender nuestras cuentas empresariales a dueños de pequeñas y medianas empresas y autónomos. Este puesto requiere excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español, un profundo conocimiento de las necesidades de la banca de empresas y la capacidad de adaptarse a un entorno startup dinámico.

Your Mission

  • Mantendrás y desarrollarás relaciones con clientes existentes, al tiempo que captarás nuevas cuentas.
  • Apoyarás proactivamente a los clientes en el uso de nuestros productos y servicios.
  • Analizarás las necesidades de los clientes para ofrecer soluciones personalizadas.
  • Gestionarás cuentas de forma autónoma y asumirás la responsabilidad de su crecimiento y satisfacción.
  • Ayudarás a los clientes en el proceso de incorporación para que puedan aprovechar al máximo nuestros servicios.
  • Colaborarás estrechamente con los equipos internos para trasladar el feedback de los clientes y mejorar continuamente los productos.
  • Participarás en la ejecución de iniciativas de venta cruzada y upselling para alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos.
  • Elaborarás informes y análisis periódicos sobre la actividad de los clientes y los indicadores clave de rendimiento.

Your Profile

  • Titulación en administración de empresas, finanzas o un campo relacionado (y/o experiencia profesional relevante).
  • Experiencia en gestión de cuentas, idealmente en el sector FinTech o de servicios financieros.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con un enfoque centrado en el cliente.
  • Pensamiento analítico con un estilo de trabajo estructurado y orientado a resultados.
  • Dominio de sistemas CRM y aplicaciones ofimáticas habituales.
  • Dominio del español e inglés; otros idiomas son un plus.
  • Alta motivación y capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.

Compensation range

Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria.
