Reaching **1 billion** in revenue, a challenge that we are sure that with the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people, will be another success story that we will write together. **What are we looking for?** We are looking for a profile to be responsible for the **administration of Cisco network infrastructures (Switching/Routing L2-L3)** and management of OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, LACP and VPN protocols. **Administration of Palo Alto, Fortinet and Check Point firewalls**, including security policies, NAT and VPN. Incident resolution, change management and maintenance of production environments. Technical coordination with clients, preparation of documentation and service reports. Participation in migration projects, continuous improvement and operation of managed services. **Main functions** * Operations and administration of network infrastructure: * Administration of switching and routing environments in layer 2 and layer 3: VLANs, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, route redistribution. * Management of Cisco equipment. * Resolution of network incidents within contractual SLAs, with root cause analysis and documentation of solutions. * Participation in network architecture changes: design, implementation and validation in production environments. * Perimeter and network security: * Administration and operation of Palo Alto firewalls (Panorama, PAN-OS), Fortinet FortiGate and Check Point, including security policies, NAT, site-to-site VPN and remote access. * Rule management, objects and periodic policy review. * Detection and response to network security events: log analysis, alert correlation. * Firmware maintenance and update, with impact assessment and change windows. * Preparation of vulnerability and security status reports for clients who require it. * Client management and documentation: * Technical interface with client IT managers: coordination of changes, communication of incidents and follow-up of requests. * Drafting and maintenance of technical documentation: network diagrams, operating procedures, change records and maintenance plans. * Participation in follow-up meetings with clients, providing visibility into service status and improvement proposals. * Preparation of periodic service reports (availability, incidents, changes, security). * Continuous improvement and service evolution: * Proactive identification of technical risks and proposal of corrective or evolutionary measures. * Collaboration with the rest of the Communications team in the definition of procedures, good practices and standardization of configurations. * Support in migration projects, integration of new clients and infrastructure deployments. **Required knowledge and technologies:** * Essential: * Palo Alto (PAN-OS, Panorama) — advanced administration level * Fortinet FortiGate and/or Check Point — operational administration level * Cisco switching and routing (Catalyst, Nexus, ASR) — layer 2 and layer 3 * Protocols: OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, LACP, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN * Previous experience in a managed services environment * Valuable: * Certifications: PCNSA/PCNSE, NSE4+, CCNP, Check Point CCSA/CCSE * Knowledge of SD-WAN (Fortinet, Palo Alto Prisma) * Experience with public sector or banking clients (ENS requirements, regulation) * Technical English written — medium-high level **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve success.** Do you want to be part of an expanding, committed and innovative team that makes history every day?
