We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Measurement Lead to join our Marketing Analytics & Data Activation team — a visionary thinker and hands‑on builder who will redefine how we measure marketing impact across web and app.

In this individual‑contributor role, reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics & Data Activation, you’ll lead the agenda for dedicated data scientists, data engineers, and analysts — designing and building the systems that power the next era of data‑driven growth at eDreams ODIGEO.

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Marketing Measurement Lead in the Marketing Analytics & Data Activation team you will be in charge of:

The Mission

• Your mission is to turn marketing data into strategic advantage.
• You’ll build the frameworks, systems, models and automation that transform complex business questions into analytical solutions.
• You’ll help us understand what truly drives incremental growth, ROI, and profitability across our global digital marketing investments.
• This role sits at the heart of our marketing decision‑making engine, driving eDO’s transition toward a unified, intelligent, and automated measurement ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Build Intelligent Systems & Automation

• Design and evolve scalable frameworks and models to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Translate results into actionable investment recommendations to maximize marketing ROI.
• Partner with engineering and data science to industrialize measurement — from incrementality testing (Conversion Lift, GeoLift, Causal Impact) to MMM, MTA, and predictive models.
• Use advanced analytics and experimentation to uncover what truly drives incremental growth.

Collaborate & Influence

• Act as the internal thought leader on marketing measurement — influencing not just what we measure, but how.
• Champion an incrementality‑first mindset across the organization.
• Lead the adoption and integration of new measurement frameworks into the marketing strategy and operations.

What you need to succeed:

Must-Have’s

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or marketing science, ideally in a digital or app‑based business.
• Hands‑on experience and deep understanding of incrementality testing (Conversion, Brand & Search Lift, GeoLift experiments).
• Hands‑on analytical capability in Python or R, and comfortable in SQL for data manipulation.
• Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and distill them into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Deep understanding of multi‑touch attribution (MTA) and marketing mix modeling (MMM).
• Experience building marketing data products or automation pipelines with data engineers.
• Familiarity with cloud data environments (BigQuery, AWS, GCP) and visualization tools (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI).
• Exposure to performance marketing platforms (AppsFlyer, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• A passion for experimentation, automation, and simplifying complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI‑powered assistants.
• Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI‑driven solutions into workflows.
• AI‑Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
