Junior Finance Business Analyst

What will you do?

• Support monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Participate in the accounting close process, ensuring accurate postings, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reporting for internal stakeholders and group reporting purposes.
• Collaborate as a business partner, supporting decision‑making through financial analysis and models.
• Monitor costs, analyze key drivers, and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and promote efficiency and digitalization initiatives.
• Work in an international environment, collaborating with different teams and functions.

What do you need to be successful?

We are looking for a professional with a solid foundation in finance and strong analytical skills, who enjoys working in collaborative and fast‑paced environments.

• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting (general accounting, controlling, and reporting).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with financial tools and reporting systems.
• Understanding of cost analysis and cash flow.
• Good communication skills to interact with international stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt and perform in dynamic and changing environments.
• Collaborative mindset and a strong orientation toward continuous improvement.

What other knowledge would be valuable?

• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
• English level B2.
• Knowledge of NetSuite (Oracle) and SAP will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of Tableau will be valued.
