In this role you will drive cost optimization and supplier excellence while managing key suppliers and procurement risks for Red Bull Spain. You will develop category strategies, lead sourcing activities and support tender processes, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align business needs with procurement actions. You will monitor supplier performance, KPI reporting, and market trends to sustain value and transparency in third‑party spend. This is an opportunity to shape sourcing strategies in a fast-paced, high-volume FMCG environment and contribute to cross‑functional collaboration that impacts the bottom line.

• Drive cost optimization and supplier excellence through spend analysis, relationship management, and policy implementation
• Lead source-to-contract processes, develop category strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and advise on budget adjustments
• Support annual procurement targets, establish KPIs, and provide regular performance reporting for key suppliers
• Partner with budget owners and stakeholders to align procurement needs, develop end-to-end sourcing strategies, and manage key supplier relationships

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Procurement (FMCG preferred)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• SAP experience desirable
• xqbhyrx Strong understanding of category management and source-to-contract processes
• Experience in project and process management in a high-volume FMCG setting (desirable)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities and manage stakeholders
• Good contract drafting knowledge
• Proactive, empathetic, positive attitude
• Travel 0–10%
