Sobre el puesto

Buscamos un/a consultor/a senior especializado/a en comunicación sanitaria y corporativa que quiera formar parte del equipo Healthcare PR de Ogilvy. Un perfil que combine visión estratégica, excelencia en la ejecución y una gran capacidad para convertir temas científicos complejos en historias relevantes para los diferentes públicos. Además con experiencia demostrable en consultoría de comunicación para compañías del sector salud, capaz de liderar proyectos de forma autónoma, asesorar estratégicamente a clientes y desarrollar campañas con impacto reputacional y mediático.

Responsabilidades

Asesoramiento Estratégico

• Liderar la relación diaria con clientes del sector salud.
• Identificar oportunidades de comunicación y posicionamiento.
• Elaborar estrategias de comunicación corporativa y de producto.
• Anticipar riesgos reputacionales y proponer soluciones.
• Participar en el desarrollo de propuestas para nuevo negocio.

Relación con medios e influencia:

• Diseñar planes de comunicación y earned media.
• Mantener una excelente relación con periodistas generalistas y especializados.
• Identificar oportunidades de liderazgo de opinión.
• Gestionar entrevistas, ruedas de prensa, encuentros con medios y acciones especiales.
• Buscar enfoques informativos con verdadero potencial mediático.

Desarrollo De Contenidos

• Redactar notas de prensa, tribunas, discursos, Q&A, briefing books, posicionamientos, informes y materiales para portavoces.
• Adaptar contenidos científicos para diferentes audiencias.
• Supervisar la calidad editorial de todos los materiales.

Gestión de proyectos:

• Coordinar proyectos multidisciplinares.
• Gestionar timings, presupuestos y recursos.
• Coordinar agencias colaboradoras y proveedores cuando sea necesario.
• Garantizar la excelencia en la ejecución.

Gestión de equipos:

• Supervisar perfiles junior.
• Distribuir cargas de trabajo.
• Revisar materiales.
• Contribuir al desarrollo profesional del equipo.

Requisitos

• Licenciatura o Grado en Periodismo, Comunicación, Publicidad o similar.
• Más de 4 años de experiencia en comunicación corporativa y medios de comunicación.
• Experiencia en agencia de comunicación (muy valorable).
• Experiencia trabajando con compañías farmacéuticas, biotecnológicas, dispositivos médicos o sociedades científicas.
• Experiencia en comunicación corporativa además de comunicación de producto.
• Excelente capacidad de redacción.
• Inglés alto (mínimo C1).
• Capacidad para presentar ante clientes.
• Excelente comunicación oral.
• Manejo paquete Office
• Conocimiento del ecosistema sanitario español.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

• Horario de lunes a jueves de 09:00 a 18:00 con una hora para comer, y los viernes de 09:00 a 15:00. Durante julio y agosto, el horario de trabajo será de 09:00 a 15:00.
• Ubicación: Calle Ríos Rosas, 26, 28003 Madrid.
• Horario flexible de entrada.
