Customer Success Manager — Drive Value & Adoption
Unit4
Unit4 is seeking a Customer Success professional in Spain to advocate for customers, translate insights into actions, and maximize the value of their Unit4 investment. You will drive adoption, manage risk, and collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities.
The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, guiding strategic engagements with C-level stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with Product, R&D, Support, and Sales teams. Travel up to 20% may be required.
