Join Preply as a Growth Marketing Specialist to build a scalable content-led growth channel. You’ll drive organic growth through SEO and AI-enhanced content, align messaging with ICP, and convert traffic into pipeline. You’ll own landing pages and conversion paths, run experiments, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to maximize impact at a global scale. This role blends human-led education with AI-enabled growth to shape the future of learning. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Drive organic growth via SEO, AI and content initiatives
• Develop and execute a content & SEO roadmap focused on pipeline generation
• Identify high-impact opportunities across search and LLM ecosystems (AIO)
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, AirOps) to scale content while preserving editorial quality
• Own landing pages, case studies, conversion journeys, and optimize CTAs and UX
• Run A/B tests to improve funnel conversion rates
• Bridge content with product and sales to ensure alignment with ICP and value propositions
• Support self-serve & B2B growth by optimizing onboarding and product discoverability
• Measure impact with inbound metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline) using GA4, Looker, and Search Console Responsabilidades
• Experience in growth, content, SEO, or product marketing (B2B SaaS a plus)
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content-driven traffic
• Comfort xqbhyrx with using AI tools to scale content production
• Data-driven with a bias toward testing and iteration
• Ability to connect Marketing, Product and Sales across initiatives
