What will you do?

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling

• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline

• Conduct needs analyses and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client objectives

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to successfully closing new business

• Achieve and exceed individual revenue and activity targets

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM tools

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and customer success handover

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value

Candidate profile

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar commercial role

• Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and the online advertising ecosystem

• Experience in consultative sales and lead qualification

• Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers

• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented

• Experience working with databases is an advantage

• Knowledge of AI platforms or advertising technology is considered a plus

Employer offers

• Competitive base salary of €30,000 gross per year

• Uncapped performance bonus with an on-target earning potential of €5,175 gross per year
