Data & AI Solutions Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Data & AI Consultant / Solution Builder to help design, build, and deliver production-grade applications and AI-driven solutions.

This is not a traditional reporting or BI role . The primary focus is on developing real products, applications, APIs, and AI solutions that directly improve commercial decision-making, automation, and operational effectiveness for both clients and internal stakeholders.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, data engineering, and artificial intelligence , translating business requirements into scalable, practical solutions while continuously growing your technical and consulting capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication & Solution Development

• Support the development of end-to-end applications, from data ingestion and backend services to APIs and user-facing products.
• Build and contribute to scalable, production-ready software solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams from prototype development through production deployment and support.

AI & Automation

• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions, including LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, and automation tools.
• Support the integration of AI capabilities into commercial and operational processes.

Data & Integration

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, semantic models, and supporting data assets.
• Integrate systems through APIs and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial Operations and Sales teams to deliver high-impact solutions quickly and effectively.

Technical RequirementsTier 1: Core Requirements (Must Have)

Application Development

• Experience building full-stack applications with exposure to backend, APIs, and frontend components.
• Strong backend development skills using Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks).
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript is advantageous.

Backend Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL (SQL Server / T-SQL).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and Single Sign-On (SSO) concepts.
• Experience using Git (GitLab preferred), including code reviews and branching strategies.

AI / LLM Integration

• Exposure to integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or Anthropic .
• Experience working with practical AI use cases, including:
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Agent-based solutions
  • Structured AI workflows and automation pipelines

Tier 2: Strongly Preferred

Power BI & Data Modelling

• Advanced Power BI skills, including:
  • Data modelling
  • DAX development
  • Performance optimization
• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing dashboards and reporting solutions.

Data Engineering

• Understanding of modern data architecture concepts, including lakehouse and data warehousing environments.
• Experience building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines and data layers.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server-based data engineering solutions.
• Experience with at least one of the following platforms:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Snowflake
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Databricks
• Familiarity with CI/CD implementation and deployment pipelines (GitLab preferred).

Tier 3: Nice to Have

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates).
• MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring practices.
• Predictive modelling and machine learning fundamentals.
• Experience with enterprise deployment and application hosting platforms.
• Experience working with life sciences or healthcare data.

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical consulting role.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to end-to-end applications or data-driven solutions.
• Strong hands-on, builder mindset with a passion for learning and solving complex problems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment while collaborating closely with senior technical team members.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł142,100.00 - zł263,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
