Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Reward professional to lead end-to-end reward cycles across EMEA from Madrid. You will partner with the regional and global leadership to shape pay reviews, bonus cycles, and compliance initiatives.
You will apply deep expertise in reward frameworks, data analysis, and stakeholder management, leveraging Workday experience to drive global projects and EU directive readiness.
