WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable, enterprise-grade claims management solutions using modern Java technologies.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems and platforms.
• Drive technical excellence by delivering secure, high-performing, and maintainable applications that meet scalability and compliance standards.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including coding, code reviews, automated testing, deployment, and production support.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership, promoting best practices in software design, quality assurance, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows, reporting capabilities, and data-driven decision making.
• Enhance platform reliability and delivery efficiency through CI/CD improvements, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 10+ years of experience in Java software engineering, delivering scalable enterprise applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms, and modern software development practices.
• Proven experience designing distributed system architectures, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native solutions, ensuring high standards of performance, security, scalability, and reliability across complex environments.
• Strong professional proficiency in English.
