THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis of companies and industries, supporting the structuring and execution of financing transactions, presenting proposals for approval to senior management, and overseeing the disbursement and ongoing monitoring of credit facilities for corporate lending clients across Iberia and Europe. The role also involves active credit portfolio management and performance monitoring.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in the analysis, structuring, approval, and execution of credit transactions, including direct interaction and meetings with corporate clients.
• Perform industry and company analysis, including the assessment of financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and operating performance, to support the pricing, structuring, and approval of credit transactions.
• Support the credit approval process through the preparation of committee materials, participation in contractual negotiations, coordination of funding and disbursement activities, and collaboration with internal support functions.
• Monitor the performance of the credit portfolio, including the review of borrower financial results, compliance with financial covenants and collateral requirements, and the resolution of outstanding issues.
• Prepare management reports and presentations covering portfolio exposure, performance analysis, business results, and budget monitoring.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU 
• Completed higher education, preferably in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Previous working experience; 3-10 years in a credit analysis and/or structuring role, or other equivalent positions strongly preferred.
• High analytical capacity.
• Highly motivated, with strong attention to detail, communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach to learning.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Fluency in English & Spanish; Portuguese considered an asset.
