Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Infor, you will support customers across France and other French-speaking regions, helping them achieve their business goals through successful adoption of Infor solutions.

You will serve as a trusted partner, driving customer engagement, value realization, retention, and long-term success. Working closely with both customers and internal teams, you will ensure customers receive maximum value from their partnership with Infor.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of French-speaking customers and develop strong customer relationships.
• Lead customer onboarding and adoption activities to accelerate value realization.
• Create and execute success plans aligned to customer goals and business priorities.
• Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to support customer success.
• Monitor customer health and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular customer reviews and success discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer support and issue resolution.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives and helping them achieve measurable outcomes.

• Support renewal and retention activities through strong customer engagement and value delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and expand the use of Infor solutions.
• Share customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Use customer success platforms and reporting tools to monitor customer engagement and success metrics.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account plans.
• Leverage data to prioritize actions and improve customer outcomes.

What We're Looking for:

• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Account Management, Consulting, Professional Services, or another customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative and customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
• Experience working within SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software environments is preferred.

• Native-level French is required.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
