How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will gather and organize documentation for field technicians, including travel settlements and timesheets.
• Manage the inventory of work clothing to ensure our team is always prepared.
• Oversee delegation contracts in English for field technicians, ensuring compliance and clarity.
• Handle visa management with consulates and embassies to facilitate international travel.
• Prepare and review documentation required for plant access, ensuring all protocols are followed.
• Scan and maintain technical-administrative documents, keeping our records up to date.
• You will ensure the documentation on the department’s SharePoint is current and accessible.

About the Team
The Field Technicians Department at Siemens Energy manages a team of 34 field engineers who work on turbines worldwide. Our multicultural team represents nine nationalities, reflecting our commitment to diversity. We specialize in gas, steam, combined cycle, and nuclear turbines located globally, which often requires our technicians to travel to platforms or countries with lengthy visa processes. Our goal is to ensure that each technician performs their work according to their professional qualifications, prioritizing safety, quality, high productivity, and customer satisfaction.
