Fragrance Strategy Senior Supervisor

Main responsibilities:

• Lead fragrance development projects with a strong focus on innovation and emerging technologies.
• Identify trends, opportunities and new approaches to create differentiated fragrance propositions.
• Manage strategic relationships with international fragrance houses and suppliers.
• Own and continuously improve internal fragrance evaluation methodologies and processes.
• Manage and optimize the company's fragrance portfolio, balancing performance, differentiation and cost efficiency.
• Monitor competitor fragrance strategies and emerging scent trends across FMCG categories worldwide.
• Develop a deep understanding of regional scent preferences and consumer expectations across international markets.
• Inspire the wider organization through workshops, ideation sessions and innovation frameworks.
• Lead, coach and develop the technical team.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving with other key stakeholders.
• Act as the key link between Fragrance Development and senior leadership teams.

Academic Background

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Relevant experience

• Relevant experience within FMCG, preferably Home Care, Personal Care, Cosmetics or Fragrance-related businesses.

High level of English (C1)

• High level of English (C1).

Specific Technical Knowledge and Tools

• +7 years of experience in similar rol (including 5 years of experience in team management and about 3 years reporting to senior management).

International exposure

• Previous experience leading technical or cross-functional teams.
