This role is tailored for individuals who can navigate the complexities of the Romanian market, targeting companies with high potential and a tech-focused environment. ### Responsibilities: * Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services. * Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information. * Consolidate and build the customer base. * Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail. * Ensure consistent customer follow-up. * Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies. * Handle customer needs and inquiries. ### Requirements **Language Skills:** C2 level of Romanian. Good level of English (oral and written). **Experience:** 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision. **CRM Skills:** proficient CRM experience, comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes. **Communication Skills:** solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts. **Business Acumen:** solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements. **Personal Skills:** Proactive and motivated. A customer-oriented team player. ### Specialized Skills for the Romanian Market: **Romania Market Knowledge:** understanding of the Romanian business culture. Knowledge of regional differences within Poland, recognizing the particularities of each area to tailor sales strategies. Familiarity with the key sectors of the Romanian economy, identifying business opportunities and understanding the specific needs of each industry. **Romanian Communication:** ability to communicate with Romanian professionals, both in formal and informal settings, adapting the communication style to the context and the interlocutor.
