Data, Automation & Bi Analyst

We are looking for atalented, curious and hands-on Data, Automation & BI Analystto join ourgrowing regional Commercial Strategy team, based in Madrid and supporting 5 countries across Latin America.This role combinesdata, automation and AI-enabled process optimizationto help scale the impact of the team andimprove efficiencyacross the organization.You will work onhigh-impact regional initiatives, partnering with commercial, strategy and data teams to develop scalable reporting solutions, automate processes and explore practical AI use cases.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who e njoys solving problems, building solutionsand working in a fast-paced international environment withhigh ownership and visibility .
Main responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools using visualization platforms (Power BI or similar).
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs.Translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.Improve accessibility, usability and reliability of business information across teams.Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data quality, consistency and accessibility.Support the evolution of the regional reporting data model.Extract, transform and model data from multiple sources.Contribute to the development of scalable and reliable data structures.Automation & AI EnablementIdentify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive processes across the organization.Design and implement automation workflows and productivity solutions.Prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.Explore and test new technologies and AI applications relevant to commercial and business processes.Build scalable tools and solutions with tangible business impact.Cross-functional collaborationPartner with regional and local teams on strategic initiatives and process improvement projects.Translate business needs into analytical and technical solutions.Work in a highly collaborative and multicultural environment with multiple stakeholdersWhat we are looking forExperience & Qualifications3–5 years of experience in BI, Automation, Data or related roles.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar fields.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end.Hands-on profile with the ability to build practical and scalable solutions.High level of autonomy and ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.Curiosity and strong interest in automation, AI and digital transformation.Strong learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.Technical skillsExperience in several of the following areas is expected:SQLPythonData modelling and data transformationProcess automation tools (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make or similar)APIs and data integrationsAdvanced Excel / Google SheetsAI tools and LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar)Nice to haveExperience building internal tools, automations or workflow solutions.Experience working in multinational or regional environments.Familiarity with cloud-based data environments.What we offerInternational and multicultural environment with exposure to high-impact regional projects.Opportunity to work at the intersection of business, data, automation and AI.High visibility, ownership and autonomy from day one.Fast learning curve and growth opportunities.Dynamic, collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.Opportunity to help shape the future capabilities of a regional commercial strategy team.Flexible start and finish times, plus short working hours on Fridays.Your birthday afternoon off—because you deserve it!
