We are looking for Head of Sales .

Your main tasks will be:

• Bring on influencers and models: find them, negotiate, agree terms, launch.
• Get to agencies and open up their model pools.
• Find and integrate partnerships, both technology and promo automation.
• Run the flow of promo material from our internal team for every model: what's needed, how much, by when.
• Own the pipeline and the forecast. Revenue and cash flow for the direction sit with you.
• Set priorities and grow volume partner by partner.
• Develop the line-up: new SKUs, work on content cost.
• Rase creator's monetization on the platform.

We expect from you:

• You've negotiated and closed with talent and agencies yourself: terms, rev share, exclusivity.
• Your own network inside agencies and among top creators. Not a list you'd have to build from zero.
• You understand creator-platform economics: rev-share models, creator LTV, the unit economics of onboarding a partner.
• You build a pipeline, forecast against it, and report on the direction without being chased.
• You work with Revenue, ARPPU and partner retention as numbers you act on.
• You can run promo production from the client side: brief the internal team, accept the work, hold the deadlines.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for creators, photo and video generation.
• Superset or an equivalent for dashboards. Excel at pivot-table and modelling level.
• English C1.
• You build long relationships rather than closing a deal and walking away.
• You read what motivates different creators. Some want money, some want reach, some want to be handled carefully. You can tell which is which.
• You're comfortable sitting between the partner outside and production inside.
• You find your own channels. The market is closed and there won't be much coming to you.
• You stay calm when something goes wrong and keep both the partner and the team.
  
• Discipline in reporting: forecast, actual, and an honest explanation of the gap.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
