**¡At Oesia Group, we are growing!** We would like to count on you for our next job offer: We are looking for **a HW RF Engineer** to join an important Project located in **Getafe** in hybrid job modality. ### What are we looking for? * **An/a HW RF Engineer**, with at least 6 years of experience. * Availability to join a stable project in Getafe ### Requirements: * At least 6 years of professional experience in the design and development of communications and RF hardware. * Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a Master's Degree in Telecommunications, Radio Communications, or Electronics. * Experience using RF test and measurement equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators. * Experience with electronic design tools (Altium, Mentor Graphics) and electromagnetic simulation software. * Knowledge of environmental certification standards and EMI/EMC compliance requirements. * Experience and/or knowledge in the design of synthesized oscillators and PLLs (Phase-Locked Loops). ### What will your responsibilities be? * Participate in the design of hardware and radio frequency (RF) systems, as well as the modules integrated into terminals. * Define technical requirements at the module/component level and develop the technical design/solution based on the product's technical requirements. * Prepare design documentation at the module/component level. * Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs). * Execute Functional Qualification Tests (FQT) and prepare the corresponding test documentation. ### What we offer you? * Work in a multinational company recognized as one of the best companies to work for in 2025, according to *Actualidad Económica and Forbes*. * Stable and innovative technological projects for leading national and international clients. * Career plan: we offer an attractive professional career based on experience and personal potential within a continuously evolving company with solid growth. * Free access to various training platforms, providing you with a wide multidisciplinary catalog. * Flexible compensation. * An equal, diverse company with great Corporate Social Responsibility. * A positive, healthy, and cooperative work environment.
