Hungarian and German Speaking B2B Customer Support expert

Our client is a well-established global industrial company with decades of experience and a strong international presence. They are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their collaborative team in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona).

This is a stable, long-term position where you'll work closely with Sales, Engineering, and other international departments, becoming a key contact for B2B customers across the Hungarian and German markets. Your responsibilities:

• Manage and support a portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
  
• Process quotations, orders, and customer requests from start to finish
  
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Field Service teams to provide tailored customer solutions
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  
• Manage complaints and maintain accurate documentation through CRM and SAP systems
  
• Follow up on quotations and open orders to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
  
• Support commercial campaigns and sales initiatives
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business customers while delivering high-quality service

What we're looking for:

• Native-level Hungarian (mandatory)
  
• German C1 or higher (mandatory)
  
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Customer Service
  
• Experience in a B2B environment is highly valued
  
• Completed commercial or technical education
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
  
• Good MS Office skills
  
• Experience with SAP, CRM, PLM, or similar systems
  
• Already based in Spain (ideally Barcelona or the surrounding area) and able to work from the office in Sant Cugat under a hybrid model
