What we look for?

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Wealth Management to support strategic transformation initiatives, who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers in banking sector.

The role will focus on defining Target Operating Models (TOM) , designing business processes, supporting product sign-off, and ensuring effective validation during testing phases.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, validated, and implemented.

Collaboration 100% remote within Spain.

Main tasks and responsabilities will be:

1. Target Operating Model (TOM) Design

• Define and design the Target Operating Model aligned with business strategy and transformation goals.
• Identify gaps between current and future state operating models.
• Work with stakeholders to define organizational structure, processes, governance, and technology enablers.
• Document TOM components including workflows, roles, controls, and service models.

2. Business Process & Procedure Mapping

• Elicit, analyze, and document end-to-end business processes within the Wealth Management lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, portfolio management, client servicing, reporting).
• Develop process maps using industry-standard techniques (e.g., BPMN, process flows).
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
• Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. Product Sign-off & Governance

• Support the definition and execution of product sign-off frameworks .
• Ensure business requirements are complete, validated, and approved by key stakeholders.
• Facilitate review sessions and obtain formal business sign-off for deliverables.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and delivered functionality.

4. Testing & Validation Design Support

• Collaborate with QA and business teams to design testing and validation strategies .
• Define business test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation rules.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating business stakeholders and resolving defects.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and regulatory expectations

Mandatory requirements:

Domain Expertise

• Strong experience in Wealth Management (e.g., portfolio management, advisory, client onboarding, regulatory processes).
• Understanding of financial instruments, client lifecycle, and reporting requirements.

Business Analysis Skills

• Proven experience in TOM design and transformation initiatives .
• Strong expertise in process modelling and documentation .
• Excellent requirements elicitation and stakeholder management skills.

Testing & Governance

• Experience supporting UAT, validation frameworks, and product sign-off processes .
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing lifecycle .

Tools & Methodologies

• Process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN tools).
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).

• English C1

Work Location

100% remote within Spain.

Work schedule

• Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
