Collaboration Renewals Specialist

We are looking for a Collaboration Renewals Specialist to join our Collaboration Renewals Sales team within the Software Recurring Revenue Sales organization. The role focuses on driving growth in renewal sales and creating a seamless renewal experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and execute a sales pipeline based on upcoming renewals for near‑term growth while managing the future‑term pipeline for key renewals.
• Present customer value propositions for Collaboration offerings, addressing objections, adoption barriers, competitive risks, and highlighting migration and expansion options.
• Collaborate directly with customers, partners, and cross‑functional internal teams (sales, engineering, marketing) to shape renewal strategies.
• Lead and build sales opportunities with Cisco Partners, Collaboration Account Executives, and technical teams for key accounts.
• Drive “Land and Expand” initiatives by identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Use Salesforce and Gong to track customer interactions and advance opportunities through the sales cycle.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• 5+ years of experience in sales, renewals, sales support, customer success, or account management.
• Proven track record of managing high‑volume portfolios and exceeding quarterly sales or renewal targets.
• Experience with a CRM or sales‑tracking tool such as Salesforce to manage accounts, pipeline, and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and Gong, acting as a mentor and subject‑matter expert.
• Advanced critical thinking skills to resolve complex, non‑routine challenges.
• Experience with Cisco Install Base, Cisco software, or recurring revenue renewal cycles.
• In‑depth knowledge of Cisco’s Collaboration portfolio, including Webex, Calling, and Contact Center solutions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with a high energy, customer‑focused demeanor.
• Ability to analyze data and financial reports to propose and upsell renewal opportunities.
