• Recruit, develop, and lead team of seven Senior Oncology Account Managers

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with major health systems and regional stakeholders
• Drive revenue and performance targets across quarterly cycles
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing on integrated initiatives
