About the Role and Why It's Special ✨

Consumer Business is one of Innovamat's most ambitious bets — a business scaling fast, worldwide, with huge room to grow across markets and channels. We're building out the team that will take it there.

This role sits right at the center of that growth: e-commerce, global commercial campaigns, reporting, and analytics. You'll have direct visibility into how the business performs day to day and a real say in shaping how it scales next, working closely with commercial, marketing, and external partners across Spain, Italy, and the US.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who wants to be close to the business as it multiplies, not watching from the sidelines. People who join Innovamat at this stage tend to see their scope grow fast as the division does.

Your Day to Day at Innovamat

1. E-commerce & Digital Growth

• Own the digital commerce channels that drive Consumer Business sales across markets, worldwide.

• Shape the campaigns, promotions, and customer experience that maximize revenue per customer.

• Partner with growth and marketing to test what works and scale it fast.

2. Commercial & Retail Operations

• Coordinate with distributors and retail partners to make sure every campaign lands well in-market.

• Turn scattered partner data into a single, reliable source of truth for leadership.

• Support commercial planning and forecasting across channels and countries.

3. Data, Reporting & Analytics

• Build the dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give real-time visibility into performance.

• Analyze sales, campaign, and stock data to inform decisions on pricing and inventory.

• Forecast supply and demand to execute key decisions.

• Track key metrics and flag risks and opportunities before they become urgent.

4. Process & Scale

• Design the operating model that lets Consumer Business grow into new markets and channels without breaking.

• Identify inefficiencies across the customer and partner journey, and lead the fixes.

• Be the connective tissue across commercial, marketing, and external partners so growth never gets bottlenecked.

Experience

• +1 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment (e-commerce, consumer, high-growth start-ups...).

• Experience working on complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Exposure to entrepreneurial settings or international environments is a plus!

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to build structured processes and ways of working from scratch.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Spanish and English.

• Solid proficiency with data and spreadsheets (AI skills is a strong plus).

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in fast-moving environments.
