For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the online gaming sector.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies for CasinoAllianz.

  • Analyze player data to enhance the user experience and improve retention rates.

  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) , such as customer acquisition, retention rates, and overall user engagement.

  • Support the development of new gaming products by providing insights based on market analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote responsible gambling practices.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, preferably within the online gaming industry.

  • Proven track record in SEO, content marketing, and social media management .

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to drive decision-making.

  • Proficiency in creating and managing marketing campaigns, with a focus on customer engagement and retention .

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, as you will be collaborating with international teams.

  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Ability to work with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.

  • A strong understanding of responsible gambling practices and the regulatory environment of the gaming industry.

English Level
