Remote Prop Trader - Madrid, Spain

Maverick Trading is hiring a fully remote Equity & Options Trader open to applicants in Madrid, Spain. We are a 25+ year proprietary trading firm that allocates firm capital to disciplined traders and scales buying power based on performance and risk management.

Trading from Western Europe:

Trade the US market afternoon — the NYSE opens at 3:30pm CET and closes around 9.5:00pm CET. Western Europe is one of the strongest regions for US-market trading outside the US itself. The NYSE opens during your afternoon, which means a full European morning to prepare followed by a focused trading window — a workable rhythm and one many of our European traders prefer.

This is not a challenge account. Not a demo evaluation. We provide structured capital allocation for traders who want a professional path to scaling capital.

What you will do:

• Trade equities and options within defined risk parameters
• Follow a structured, rules-based risk management approach
• Build consistency and scale capital based on performance

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is a profit-split on trading performance, with no base salary. Top-tier traders earn 90% of their net trading profits.

• Willingness to complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital
