Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Engineer who enjoys turning complex data into something people can actually trust and use.

Sitting at the intersection of data engineering, analytics and marketing , you’ll build the models and pipelines that help our Marketing teams understand performance, customer journeys and the real impact of their investments. From multi-touch attribution and funnel analytics to scalable DBT models, you’ll help create a reliable data foundation for smarter marketing decisions.

• Design and build scalable marketing data models , covering multi-touch attribution, digital and offline touchpoints, account-based marketing, funnel analytics and marketing impact.
• Develop and manage DBT projects , from staging and intermediate models through to trusted, business-ready data marts.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and models with a focus on performance, scalability and cost efficiency .
• Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to translate business questions into meaningful metrics, KPIs and reporting solutions .
• Help create a consistent and reliable view of marketing performance across complex B2B customer journeys.
• Maintain strong standards around data quality, testing, documentation, lineage and governance .
• Collaborate with IT and Martech teams to ensure our analytics ecosystem follows security, compliance and engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Around 3–5 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics Engineering or a similar role .
• Strong hands-on experience with DBT , including data modelling, testing, documentation, lineage and Git-based development workflows.
• Experience with modern cloud data warehouses, ideally Google BigQuery , and strong SQL skills.
• Good understanding of analytical data modelling concepts such as facts, dimensions, star/snowflake schemas and metrics layers .
• Experience working with marketing data , including tracking, advertising platforms, attribution and campaign performance.
• Experience designing and optimizing Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models and connecting marketing investment with revenue, ROI and ROAS.
• Understanding of complex B2B marketing journeys , including different sales motions and sales-cycle lengths.
• Comfortable partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating business needs into robust data solutions.
