Portuguese Market Account Manager - Client Growth & Upsell
Factorial HR
Factorial HR is looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team focusing on the Portuguese market. In this role, you will be the primary contact for existing clients, responsible for answering queries, fostering satisfaction, and retaining a specific portfolio.
Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, empathy, and native-level Portuguese alongside professional English. The position offers a friendly work environment with additional benefits.
