• Prepare, deliver, and serve food and beverage orders in guest rooms and suites according to The Ritz-Carlton's luxury service standards.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional hospitality.
• Present menu items and beverages, answer guest questions, and accommodate special requests with care and attention to detail.
• Coordinate closely with the Culinary, Bars, and other departments to ensure timely and flawless service.
• Verify the accuracy and presentation of every order before delivery.
• Clear trays and tables from guest rooms promptly while maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any service issues efficiently, empathetically, and professionally.
• Promote additional dining options and personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed about restaurant menus, seasonal promotions, resort offerings, and luxury service standards.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or Room Service/In-Room Dining, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude, discretion, and a guest-first mindset.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
• A valid work permit for Spain.
