We’re **23,000** of the IT industry’s best and brightest, who share an unwavering passion for bringing compelling technology products, services and solutions to the world.**Job Purpose**As the **Microsoft Commercial Marketplace R&D Product Manager**, and part of the global **ISV & Marketplace Center of Excellence**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting platform development initiatives focused on accelerating ISV business through the **Microsoft Commercial Marketplace**.This initiative aims to integrate the **Microsoft Commercial Marketplace** (**Azure Marketplace** & **AppSource**) with TD SYNNEX cloud eCommerce and digital marketplace platforms, enabling software vendors to scale their Microsoft marketplace practice through **two-tier distribution** and channel programs.This role leads the **research**, **design**, and **validation** of new integrations between TD SYNNEX platforms and Microsoft marketplace services. It focuses on **early-stage strategy**, **technical feasibility**, and **prototype development**, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and ready for execution by Platform Product Managers.**Key Responsibilities*** Support the Microsoft Marketplace integration strategy aligned with business and platform goals.* Evaluate opportunities across **Azure Marketplace**, **AppSource**, **SaaS offers**, **VMs**, and **managed applications**.* Conduct technical and business feasibility assessments for Microsoft marketplace integrations.* Identify dependencies related to **Azure services**, **APIs**, **billing**, **identity**, and **compliance**.* Explore opportunities for **AI-driven enhancements**.* Define **API integrations**, **authentication flows**, entitlement handling, and data exchange processes.* Drive proof-of-concept initiatives to validate architecture, scalability, and technical approach.* Work closely with **Product Managers**, **Engineering**, **Operations**, **Security**, and **Microsoft teams**.* Align on architecture, compliance, and certification requirements.* Produce requirements, architecture documentation, and PoC outcomes.**Knowledge, Skills & Experience****Required*** Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Engineering**, or a related field.* **3+ years** of experience in **Product Management** or **Technical Program Management** within **SaaS** or cloud-based environments.* Strong understanding of **Microsoft Cloud services**, **APIs**, and **SaaS integration models**.* Proven experience leading **R&D** or **early-stage product discovery initiatives**.* Comfortable working within **B2B platforms** and collaborating with finance stakeholders, particularly in areas such as **finance**, **tax**, and **compliance**.* Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.* Hands-on experience with **REST/GraphQL APIs**, **cloud architecture**, and familiarity with **cybersecurity best practices**.**Nice to have:*** Hands-on experience with **Azure Marketplace / AppSource** operations, offer lifecycle, billing, or entitlement models.* Familiarity with **Azure architecture**, **Azure Foundry AI / Copilot Studio**, and Microsoft security best practices.* **Microsoft certifications** are a plus.**What We Offer*** We value continuous learning and offer clear career progression opportunities.* Remote or hybrid work flexibility.* Comprehensive benefits including **health insurance**, paid leave, retirement plans, and more.* Certified Workplace Excellence: Work in a certified **Great Place to Work.**At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
