As a Panel Beater, your primary responsibility will be to restore vehicle bodies to their factory state, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and identifying damaged areas on vehicle bodies.
• Removing damaged panels and parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Repairing damaged panels through straightening, welding, and filling.
• Replacing damaged panels with new ones or repaired panels.
• Ensuring alignment and structural integrity of repaired panels.
• Refinishing repaired surfaces to match the original appearance of the vehicle.
• Working with other team members to achieve efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive repair environment.
• Proficiency in using panel beating tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of vehicle construction and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical repair manuals and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Certification or formal training in automotive body repair (preferred).
