Misión As the Head of Revenue at client, you will be a key leader responsible for designing and implementing revenue strategies, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), negotiating energy sales contracts, contributing to optimize client´s commercial strategy, conducting market research, fostering business development, and acquiring potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth in alignment with client's commitment to environmental sustainability and social impact. Perfil Key Responsibilities: Energy Trading Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive energy trading strategy to mitigate risks while optimize revenue from renewable energy projects.
- Monitor energy market trends, identify opportunities, and execute trading activities to maximize profitability.
- Analyze and optimize revenue streams from energy sales (power, Guarantees of Origin, Market Access), taking into account market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that enhance revenue generation.
- Design and implement innovative commercial strategies to optimize revenue generation from solar photovoltaic projects alongside other technologies.
- Ensure alignment of commercial strategies with client overall business objectives and commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
- Actively manage Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and lead the negotiation of energy sales contracts with corporate and utility to secure favorable terms for the client.
- Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure favorable revenue agreements for client's solar projects.
- Ensure the effective management of contracts, including compliance monitoring and resolution of issues to maximize revenue realization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and potential challenges affecting revenue generation.
- Play a key role in business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Lead efforts to acquire potential clients by leveraging market insights, understanding client needs, and tailoring proposals to meet requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the energy industry.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project development, finance, legal, and regulatory to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
- Establish robust systems for monitoring revenue performance against targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommending strategic adjustments when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree.
- + 8 years of Proven experience in designing and implementing successful commercial strategies in the energy sector (Renewable energy/Utilities gas/electrical market)
- Demonstrated expertise in actively managing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and proven experience negotiating complex energy sales contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market research insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in client acquisition and relationship management within the energy industry.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is a must and another EU language is desirable.
