AI Engineer
para participar en el desarrollo de una plataforma basada en IA que automatiza el análisis de código legacy, la generación de documentación técnica y la propuesta de arquitecturas mediante modelos LLM.
Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en
IA Generativa, RAG y desarrollo de agentes
, capaz de diseñar, construir y optimizar soluciones de IA escalables en entornos productivos, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinares y actuando como referente técnico dentro del proyecto.
Responsabilidades
Desarrollo de agentes de IA basados en LLMs.
Diseño e implementación de pipelines
RAG
.
Integración con OpenAI APIs y plataformas de IA cloud.
Desarrollo de soluciones utilizando
Python
, LangChain y/o LangGraph.
Optimización y escalado de modelos en producción.
Generación automática de documentación y análisis de código.
Participación en decisiones técnicas y evolución de la arquitectura de IA.
Investigación de nuevas tecnologías y tendencias en GenAI.
Documentación técnica y transferencia de conocimiento al equipo.
Requisitos
3+ años de experiencia en Inteligencia Artificial.
Experiencia sólida en:
Python
LangChain o LangGraph
OpenAI APIs
Arquitecturas RAG
Conocimiento profundo de:
Transformers
Embeddings
Tokenización
Attention Mechanisms
Experiencia con al menos una plataforma cloud:
AWS
Azure
GCP
Experiencia con:
Azure AI Studio o Amazon Bedrock
Inglés B2/C1.
Se valorará
Responsible AI y Guardrails.
Amazon SageMaker.
Semantic Search (Kendra, OpenSearch).
CI/CD y MLOps.
Terraform o CloudFormation.
Experiencia en banca o entornos regulados.
Participación en proyectos Open Source relacionados con IA.
