The role requires a strong technical background in FX and STIR products, combined with leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and the ability to build high-performing global teams.We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, collaboration, and market expertise. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:Define and execute the global growth strategy for the FX Forwards business.Drive revenue growth through efficient balance sheet deployment and client expansion across segments and geographies.Lead the commercial positioning of FX Forwards solutions across the franchise.Partner closely with Trading, Sales, Treasury, Risk, and XVA teams to optimize funding, liquidity, and capital usage.Strengthen the bank’s market positioning in FX and STIR products.Develop and mentor global teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards.WHAT YOU’LL BRINGOur people are our greatest strength. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Professional ExperienceMinimum 7–8 years of experience in a relevant tier-one banking institutionExtensive experience within Global Markets with deep expertise in FX and STIR productsProven track record managing and growing a global FX or Markets businessExperience leading international teams in complex and regulated environmentsEducationDegree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplinesPostgraduate qualification or MBA (Preferred)LanguagesEnglish fluent written and spokenSpanish and any other additional languages are a plusHard SkillsStrong technical knowledge of FX products, STIR products, and funding dynamicsUnderstanding of balance sheet optimization, liquidity, capital, and XVA considerationsStrong analytical and strategic capabilitiesSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsLeadership and team development capabilitiesStrategic mindset with strong execution focusWE VALUE YOUR IMPACTYour contribution matters , and it’s recognized.
