WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Shape Our Strategy: You define and implement seasonal and long-term omnichannel buying strategies for ourLightWoven category.

Create Inspiring Assortments: You develop assortment strategies that perfectly balance consumer demand, market trends, brand identity, and financial goals.

Collaborate with Design: You work closely with Design, discover productopportunitiesand actively shape development.

Drive Vendor Success: You lead supplier negotiations to secure the best costs, margins, quality, and delivery terms.

OptimizePerformance: Youanalyzesales performance and market trends, adjust buying decisions in real time, andoptimizeinventory and product lifecycles.

Mentor & Grow: You support junior buyers, share yourexpertiseand help them grow professionally and personally.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your Educational Background: You hold abachelor'sdegree inBusiness Administration,FashionMerchandising, or a relatedfield.

Your Strengths: You are strategic, business-minded, and passionate about fashion. You love understanding consumer needs, spotting opportunities, and making data-driven decisions.

Your Profile: You bring 6-8 years of experience in buying, ideally inLightWoven or Fast Fashion. You are a skilled negotiator, highly organized, an excellent communicatorin Spanishand proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP or Oracle, as well as English and German skills, is a plus
