CPM/Senior Clinical Project Manager (Oncology), IQVIA Biotech - Oncology

IQVIA Biotech seeks an experienced Clinical Project Manager or Senior Clinical Project Manager with oncology trial background to lead clinical study execution across multiple regions. The role emphasizes operational excellence, financial management, and strategic partnership with biotech and emerging biopharma companies.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical studies or assigned portions while optimizing speed, quality, and cost delivery
• Set core project team objectives and assess performance against agreed contracts and strategies
• Develop integrated study management plans and lead bid defense presentations
• Monitor progress, manage risks and contingencies, and drive problem resolution efforts
• Ensure project quality, financial success, and stakeholder communication across internal and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• Minimum 4 years regional or global clinical project management experience
• Strong background managing oncology clinical trials
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Experience managing project finances and contractual obligations
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships
