As you progress through your career at FTI Consulting, we offer tailored programs for critical professional milestones to ensure you are prepared and empowered to take on your next role.**What You Will Need to Succeed**FTI Consulting's CP&A team is seeking professionals with experience in advisory and transformation service offerings to help continue the growth of our practice across EMEA.We are recruiting a Senior Director (circa 12-15+yrs experience), and the successful candidate should have the following background and experience:* A blend of industry and management consulting experience i.e. Big 4, MBB, Advisory Consultancies etc.* Industry experience including: contracting, project management, project controls, engineering consultancy or acting as an owner/operator.* Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent and an industry accreditation in engineering, construction management, project management etc.* Industry experience is a requirement and ideally in the transport, energy, renewables, nuclear and utility sectors.* Experience of providing management consulting services in any of our core offerings, which include:* Strategic advisory – market entry, procurement strategy, portfolio optimisation, project reviews.* Delivery organisation set up & run – target operating model, project controls, governance and reporting, PMO set up and run, project turnaround.* Technology – strategy, system selection and implementation of core applications used on major projects.* The candidate must have strong consulting skills including: communication, analytical approach, client management skills, teamwork, leading workstreams/engagements and be able to prepare high quality proposals and deliverables in ppt.
