We are looking for professionals with experience in first-line IT technical support who want to develop in an international environment, collaborating with multicultural teams and working with technological solutions used by professionals in the automotive sector . If you enjoy investigating issues, troubleshooting, and guiding users until the best solution is found, we are looking for you.

What will your mission be?

Your main objective will be to manage incidents, analyze reported cases, provide first-line technical support, and perform the corresponding follow-up until resolution or escalation.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Manage incidents and requests using ticketing tools.
• Provide first-line technical support to professional users.
• Analyze incidents related to hardware, software, and applications.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and other support channels.
• Use remote access tools to diagnose and resolve incidents.
• Apply troubleshooting and root cause analysis procedures.
• Register, document, and track tickets until resolution or escalation.
• Follow established support procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments and international teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge base and internal documentation.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in IT technical support, accustomed to managing tickets and performing troubleshooting, who also has an interest or affinity for the automotive industry and wants to grow in an international environment.

• Technical background in Computer Systems, Microinformatics, Telecommunications, or a similar field .
• Previous experience in IT technical support, Help Desk, or Service Desk .
• Experience managing incidents using ticketing tools .
• Knowledge of hardware and software .
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and incident analysis .
• Experience using remote access tools .
• Minimum B2 level of English to participate in meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.
• C2, bilingual, or equivalent proficiency in Swedish .

• Previous technical support experience using ticketing systems.

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Interest in technology applied to the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of or affinity with automotive electronics.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools or digital solutions used in automotive workshops.
