Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Dive into a comprehensive training program to get ready for top-notch customer service
• Support customers with setup and configuration of payment terminals or online solutions
• Address and resolve any reported issues
• Connect with B2B customers via phone and email, providing service-oriented solutions
• Handle admin tasks and follow up on questions and requests
• Cultivate a positive working environment and foster motivation among team members

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written)
• A good command of the English language
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker
• Excellent communication skills for confidently interacting with customers
• Master problem solver, ready to tackle customer inquiries
• Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
