Iberia Payroll Specialist (Part-Time) - Compliance Expert

Goodyear Iberia is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist Iberia for a part-time role (20 hours/week) to manage payroll for Spain and Portugal. You will coordinate with external providers, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver timely payroll reports to HR, Finance, and management.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of labor law, and proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP HR, Meta4). Fluent in Spanish and English.
