Events Specialist / Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage virtual events from start to finish, across multiple regions and business units.
- Coordinate platforms such as SpotMe, Cvent, or similar event‑management tools.
- Set up webinars, virtual sessions, landing pages, registrations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and deliver high-quality executions.
- Support event communication workflows using Adobe Campaign (preferred).
- Troubleshoot live event issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and documentation with exceptional organizational rigor.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, coordinators, and content teams.

Must have skills:
Experience with SpotMe, Cvent, or similar event platforms (mandatory).
️ Strong hands-on experience managing online events end‑to‑end.
️ Excellent command of English (C1–C2).
️ Spanish or French is required.
️ Outstanding organizational skills: capable of managing multiple deadlines and regions simultaneously.
️ Based in Catalunya / Barcelona and available to go to the office 1–2 times per month (Sant Cugat).
️ Client‑oriented, proactive, solution‑driven, and a strong team player.
