Strategic Customer Success Manager - Payments & Fintech Growth

Planet is a global provider of integrated technology and payments solutions for retail and hospitality. The Customer Success Manager will build relationships with SME accounts, drive retention, and pursue upsell opportunities, coordinating renewals and campaigns to keep customers live and thriving.
The role requires English and German proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
