As a Kubernetes Engineer, you design, deploy, and operate scalable clusters within a global Kubernetes-as-a-Service platform for Allianz Technology. You collaborate with development and operations teams to drive reliability, security, and performance across regions. You will automate infrastructure, improve observability, and mentor peers, shaping a resilient, cloud-native foundation for digital services. This is a hands-on role with impact on platform stability and cost efficiency, in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters in AWS and/or Azure
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and platform deployments
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure scalable, resilient applications
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting for Kubernetes platforms and workloads
• Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues efficiently
• Optimize resource utilization for high availability and cost efficiency
• Continuously improve platform security, reliability, and documentation
• Support and mentor junior engineers

Responsabilidades
• Several years of hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production
• Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
• Solid background in DevOps and infrastructure engineering
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, xqbhyrx or Go
• Deep understanding of containerization and the Kubernetes ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and storage in Kubernetes environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a global, collaborative setup
• Clear communication skills for diverse audiences
