German-Speaking Account Executive - Remote in Spain

Location: Madrid, Spain

Work Model: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.Flexibility and availability aligned with the US time zone are valued, especially duringonboarding.

Gross Salary: 30,000 EUR gross per year base, plus uncapped variable commissions.

Relocation: No relocation support provided; candidates must already reside in Spain.

About the Position

As an Account Executive, focusing on the German market. This hybrid role inMadrid involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions , for aleading e-commerce search technology company. You will be instrumental in driving growthand achieving key performance indicators.

Additional Information

• Comprehensive training is provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month.
• This is a permanent contract position.
• Enjoy 22 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days between December 24th and31st, and Friday afternoons off.
• The compensation package includes flexible benefits, a referral bonus, and office perkssuch as fruit, snacks, and monthly lunches, along with sports and community activities.
• The hybrid work model (50%) is available after reaching at least 70% of the sales target.
• The first 4 weeks of onboarding and training require full on-site presence in Madrid;after that, on-site presence is required approximately once a month, with travel and associated expenses covered by the company.
• Ramp-up targets are set at 0% for M0 and M1, 30% for M2, 60% for M3, and 100% forM4.
• Monthly commission target is 600 EUR, with performance multipliers: <80% of target =x1; 80% = x1.3; 100% = x2; 150% = x3. If the quarterly average achievement exceeds150%, the entire quarter's commissions are adjusted with a 3x multiplier (assessedquarterly on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31). During the Ramp-Upperiod, the multiplier is x1 until 100% of the target is reached.
• Opportunities for internal growth are available, with base salaries for AE2 at 35,000EUR and AE3 at 40,000 EUR.

• Next starting dates are 07/09/2026, 05/10/2026, and 02/11/2026.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outboundprospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated.
