Global Product Manager Senior (Medicina Estética)

Desde la división de Life Sciences de LHH Recruitment Solutions, seleccionamos un/a Global Product Manager Senior para laboratorio internacional líder en el ámbito de la medicina estética y dermocosmética avanzada.
Ubicación: Vallés Oriental MISIÓN DEL PUESTO Definir y liderar la estrategia global de producto, asegurando el crecimiento rentable del portafolio a nivel internacional.
Serás responsable de impulsar la innovación, liderar lanzamientos globales y maximizar el impacto de las categorías en todos los mercados.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
1. Estrategia y gestión de portafolio (visión global) Definir la estrategia de categoría/portafolio a medio y largo plazo.
Analizar mercado, tendencias y oportunidades de crecimiento.
Gestionar el ciclo de vida del producto (LCM) y optimizar el portafolio.
2. Innovación y desarrollo de producto (NPD) Liderar procesos de innovación junto a equipos de R&D y Regulatory.
Definir propuesta de valor, claims científicos y posicionamiento.
Construcción de business case y validación de conceptos.
3. Go-to-Market & lanzamientos globales Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de lanzamiento internacional end-to-end.
Coordinar con filiales y distribuidores para asegurar ejecución excelente.
Desarrollo de materiales, formación y estrategia de comunicación científica.
4. Performance & negocio (visión P&L) Seguimiento de ventas, márgenes, ROI y market share.
Definición de forecast global en colaboración con equipos de ventas.
Implementación de acciones correctoras basadas en resultados.
5. Coordinación transversal y liderazgo Interlocución constante con equipos globales (marketing, ventas, digital).
Relación con KOLs, expertos y stakeholders internacionales.
Gestión integral de proyectos y roadmap de innovación.Requisitos Formación universitaria en Marketing, ADE, Farmacia, Biotecnología o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 5-8 años en roles de Product Manager o Marketing Global.
Experiencia en lanzamientos internacionales (muy valorable en medicina estética, pharma o dermocosmética).
Perfil estratégico, analítico y orientado a negocio (visión P&L).
Alta capacidad de comunicación y liderazgo transversal.
Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible).
