Are you a true sales hunter who thrives on winning new business?

We're hiring a French-speaking Account Executive to join one of Europe's fastest-growing SaaS companies, helping online retailers boost sales through AI-powered search and product discovery technology.

This is a full-cycle outbound sales role where you'll identify new opportunities, engage prospects, run product demonstrations, and close subscription deals. Your Responsibilities

You'll own the complete sales process from prospecting to activation:

• Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting

• Conduct 80–100 outbound calls per day

• Prospect using multiple channels, including:

  • Cold calling

  • Cold emailing

  • Social selling

• Build and develop your sales pipeline

• Manage inbound leads and convert free-trial users into paying customers

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations in French and English

• Negotiate and close subscription agreements

• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management

• Track and exceed KPIs including:

  • Outbound activity

  • Demos booked

  • Conversion rate

  • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

• Ensure smooth customer handover to the Customer Experience team

What We're Looking For

Languages

• Native or fluent French

• Native or bilingual English

Location

• Already living in Spain (mandatory)

Experience

We are looking for experienced commercial professionals.

• 1–6 years of successful B2B sales experience

• Strong experience in outbound prospecting and new business generation

• Demonstrable success managing a full sales pipeline

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity (80–100 calls/day)

• Availability to work with schedules aligned to US business hours and flexibility when needed

Compensation

• €30,000 gross annual base salary

• Uncapped monthly commissions

• Expected commission target: €600+/month

Performance Multipliers

• Below 80% target x1

• 80% target x1.3

• 100% target x2

• 150% target x3

Quarterly accelerator: up to 3x commission

Career Progression

Performance is the only limit.

• AE I — €30,000

• AE II — €35,000

• AE III — €40,000
