Swedish, Automotive Customer Support Agent (Hybrid)

You will provide assistance with questions on the product portfolio, import/export procedures, first-level technical support, complaints, and support with the use of the IoT technologies these vehicles are equipped with, including apps. In this role, you will utilize your language skills in Swedish and English, to provide outstanding customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers: promptly and professionally handling all incoming communication from customers, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Provide information about products, resolve client queries, and explain company policies: providing accurate and detailed information about the company's products, addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have, and explaining company policies in a clear and helpful manner.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding service to clients: representing the company's values and commitment to exceptional service, building rapport with clients and ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and care.

You bring the passion, and we'll give you the training. This role includes a company-paid training of 2-3 weeks so you can become an expert in vehicles, customer support, and internal procedures.
