Associate Sales Director

As part of our expansion in Spain, we are looking for an Associate Sales Director for the greater Madrid area, working from a home-office setup.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct agreed client meetings – online, by telephone, or on site.
• Advise clients on the sale of their companies.
• Prepare client-related documents for further processing.
• Accompany clients throughout the entire process up to the handover.
• Maintain and update our internal databases with relevant information.

 
Your Profile

• Initial professional experience in sales or a comparable role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; good knowledge of German and English is an advantage.
• Structured and well-organized working style.
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new industries and business models.
• Affinity for digital processes and project management.
• Strong team spirit and service-oriented mindset.
• Experience with and motivation for working independently from a home office.
